Working across commercial hospitality projects and residential new builds, we’re looking for someone who has a distinct creative viewpoint, and can easily collaborate with others. This position offers the opportunity to refine your design and leadership skills, under the guidance of experienced Principal Designers. Project management experience is a strong asset, but more than anything, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to think on their feet.
Interior DesignerRequirements:
_2-5 years of design experience.
_Experience in all phases of design - Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, FFE Budgeting, Procurement, and Construction Administration.
_Experience writing design specifications and building design schedules.
_Experience drawing and developing technical drawings, such as floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, wall sections, bar sections, furniture details, etc.
_Working knowledge of suitable materials (including fabrics) for commercial and residential spaces.
_Diligent organization with site photos, meeting notes, inspiration photos, and recording design decisions.
_Occasionally you will participate in site visit including site documentation via measurements, photos, etc.

_AutoCAD (required)
_InDesign and Photoshop (required)
_Google Sheets (a plus)
